This is Husky, from +Anima. He is in his +anima form.

My brother was throwing a fit, and so I distracted him by telling him I'd draw him something. He wanted to look through my books. He dropped Death Note about 5 times before I handed him +Anima... And he chose this. Fortunately, he didn't want to color it, so it is not covered in purple marker.
